Today, a new generation comes to Madrid to continue its excellent track record and offer the best meat and fish dishes in the Spanish capital’s financial centre. Our restaurant, with more than 40 years of experiences, was founded by two Galician emigrants and one from Aranjuez, in Venezuela, where today it is known as one of the classiest restaurants in the city of Caracas.
