We offer a menu of selected appetizers as a sample of simple and exquisite Spanish cuisine such as Iberian cold meats or our cheese board.

We especially recommend the Galician tortilla from Betanzos, a lightly-cooked tortilla, admired by the people who are passionate over this well-known dish.

Our restaurant is a safe bet if you are looking for quality food made with the best Spanish products.

We have Galician beef as our mature beef steak, steak and sirloin cooked on the grill by our chef who specialises in meat. We recommend you try the Aranjuez Special Hamburger with 100% beef or our special house meat cut: Aranjuez Tenderloin.

You can also taste the hake or angler fish brought from Galicia, considered to be the best fish in Spain.

Following the tradition of Galician haute cuisine, we suggest our scallops, Grilled Octopus, or Galician Octopus.

We are specialised in grilled meats. From our dining room you can see how they are prepared in the kitchen, -at the hands of our chef who is specialised in meat-, steak, entrecôte or grilled sirloin. We always work with top quality raw materials for those who are lovers of good food.

 In addition, our years of gastronomic experience have helped us create a special homemade cut, unique in its style: The Aranjuez Tenderloin.

GALICIAN ROOTS

We respect traditional Galician cuisine, that’s why, on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, we offer a special dish known as Lalín’s Stew, made with this Galician town’s typical recipe.

In addition to variegated scallop, anglerfish, hake or octopus: Many of our signature Galician Cuisine products are brought to the heart of Madrid to enjoy in an elegant atmosphere, perfect for the most demanding and refined palates.
